Alinity Divine

Alinity was a plaintiff in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking to claim $25 million in damages from Twitch. The complaint claimed that Twitch was exposing them to "excessively provocative sexual content" by streamers who were female while using the site. According to the court records of Dexerto Estavillo, who previously filed lawsuits against Microsoft and Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard in the past, filed his lawsuit on June 15, after which Twitch was served with an official summons later that day. According to the complaint, that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from numerous medical problems that necessitate his reliance on the internet for all his entertainment. He also suffers from as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction that the complaint claims Twitch only makes worse. The complaint states that "the female streamers continue to expose Twitch viewers who want to watch people play videos, yet are exposed to sexually addicted material and other content on an ongoing every day on a regular basis." Other than Alinity and others, they include the following: When requesting relief the complaint wants all the streamers on the list above permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS along with $25 million dollars "to be split among the plaintiff as well as others Twitch Prime Turbo users," with any leftover going to various charities.
